Return & Exchange

• Modern Muslim offers return and exchange policy.
• Return/Exchange need to be filed within 48 hour of item delivery.
• Customer will be responsible for all returning delivery charges.
• Damaged/Incomplete item will not be liable for any return or exchange. Modern Muslim could send back the item at the customer’s expense.
• Customers may claim return & exchange if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of this.
• Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged good.
• Send us a video of your product with the issue at (+92)-316-2284733 within 24 hours on WhatsApp.
•  If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then customer will not be entitled to a return & exchange.
• Modern Muslim is totally responsible in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.
• Modern Muslim will compensate customers by sending the correct item or returning the money.
• Modern Muslim will only be liable for any replacement if you file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.
• In case of a return, money will be transferred to the customer’s bank account/Jazz Cash/Easypaisa within 2-4 working days. Modern Muslim will deduct their cost of delivery.
